This option is possible with a Corporate license.

  • Install the program on a computer acting as a server - it will have a common database, including templates (this computer can also be a workstation at the same time).
    Activate the Corporate license on it.
    How to do this is described in the section "10.2.4.1 Installing the program: Server" of the User Guide
  • Install the program on the required number of working computers (you do not need to activate licenses on these computers) and configure the connection to the server computer.
    How to do this is described in the section "10.2.4.2 Installing the program: Client" of the User Guide

When installing a new version of the program, all your data from the previous version, including templates, will be copied to the new version.
To do this, you must answer in the affirmative to the installer's question about using data from the old version.

On an old computer:

  1. If you have a trial period, then skip this step.
    Deactivate the licence
  2. Launch the program and go to the Menu > Tools > Backup database ...
    The program will back up the database to an archive and show the name of the archive.
  3. Transfer the resulting archive to a new computer

On a new computer:

  1. Install the program
  2. Launch the program and go to the Menu > Tools > Restore database from a backup ...
    The program will restore the database from the archive.
  3. If you have a trial period, then skip this step.
    Activate the license

On an old computer:

  1. If you have a trial period, then skip this step.
    Deactivate the licence
  2. Launch the program and go to the Menu > Tools > Backup all program data ...
    The program will collect all the data in one archive and show the name of the archive.
  3. Transfer the resulting archive to a new computer

On a new computer:

  1. Install the program
  2. Launch the program and go to the Menu > Tools > Restore all program data from a backup ...
    The program will restore all data from the archive.
    The data that was at the time of recovery will be placed in the "_restoreOfAllData_OldFiles_" folder, where in the yyyymmdd_hhmmss format (yyyy - year, mm - month, dd - day, hh - hours, mm - minutes, ss - seconds)
  3. If you have a trial period, then skip this step.
    Activate the license

The program stores all the data in the folder "%ProgramData%\PriceLabelX", where X is the version of the program. You can access it from the running program through the Menu > Tools > Open application data folder.

There are no restrictions on the quantity of products in the Product Catalog (on average, customers have from 2,000 to 50,000 products). To speed up the work, it is desirable to divide the products into folders.

No special template is required - the program has a flexible import system. You can find it in the section "4 Importing Data" of the User Guide.

The program can run on Mac OS if you run it using Parallels Desktop.
